We have tried to answer many of the common questions we get asked by companies enquiring about our corporate events and seminars. For general information please see our Corporate Events page.

Q. What size space is required for on-site seminars?
This depends on the size of the team. We roughly require a squash court size area for a group of 10 participants so that we can train safely.
Q. For an on-site seminar, what do we have to provide?
We recommend you provide water and healthy snacks for all participants. We will provide everything else we need for the training.
Q. We don't have space in the office. What can you recommend?
If you don't have space we can host off-site. This can be somewhere close to your office or conference or further afield. We can recommend suitable venues. Please get in touch.
Q. Is there an age limit? Do participants have to be fit?
All we ask is that participants are healthy. As long as they aren't pregnant or have any serious pre-existing medical conditions you are fit to train with us. All participants are required to complete a "Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire" prior to the course. If this highlights any risk factors your instructor will discuss this and the participant may not be able to take part. If you are in doubt they are can discuss concerns with their instructor prior to the day of the event.
Q. What insurance cover do you have?
All our instructors carry full insurance through the British Combat Association. Certificates can be made available upon request.
